In this role you will:

Partner with a team of Sales Managers to support the growth of a portfolio of new and existing Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with GPS products and solutions
Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within GPS, such as implementation of new solutions
Ensure pricing and billing set up is clearly defined, communicated to the client (repricing, product renewals, new business setups etc.) and stored in the client repository

Requirements

Relevant global payments solutions product knowledge (e.g., payments and cash management products and services/transaction banking)
Experience working directly with clients in delivering a service or solution
An innate desire to understand client needs, using empathy to deliver the best outcome
A track record and interest in utilising technology and data to the benefit of a client experience
