We seek qualified, highly motivated, and experienced professionals to work in a supportive but demanding environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of an interdisciplinary, coordinated approach to patient care, supervising Nursing, Administrative, and Hospital Services on evenings, nights, holidays, and weekend shifts. The role involves acting as hospital management liaison, receiving sick calls, resolving staffing variances, and optimizing patient placement.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in nursing with a concentration in mental health from an accredited program is required. Master's Candidate Preferred. At least three years or more of progressive management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area). Maintains current licensure and registration as required by the Bermuda Nurses Council. Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory.
