The EGL Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the EGL Group of commercial buildings, and managed residential properties. Responsibilities include ensuring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, security) are operational, investigating service calls, serving as primary contact for owners and tenants, managing access controls, overseeing safety and maintenance processes, maintaining building documentation, assisting with budgets, and overseeing AC and generator contracts.
Requirements
Will be required to work on Saturday roster. Responds to all out-of-normal hours alarms and emergencies.
