Under the guidance of a Senior Manager and the Directors, manage a portfolio of high profile clients by providing quality corporate administration services to a wide variety of local and international entities. Principal duties include maintenance and administration of corporate clients, managing board processes (agendas, minute taking, resolutions), and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance with bodies like the ROC, BMA, and BSX.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate and Trust Administration working for a Corporate Services Provider in a similar capacity. Must have proven client relationship and portfolio management experience, including relevant Board experience and drafting of detailed minutes. A willingness to study towards professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA or STEP). ICSA Bermuda Branch Certificates in Corporate Procedures I and II would be an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). Experience with ViewPoint is an asset.
