Digicel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Regional Head of Business Sales Operations. The successful candidate will lead service delivery and provide end-to-end support across the Digicel Business in the Atlantic Region (Bermuda, Cayman, BVI, and TCI), with responsibility spanning sales, technical solution design, and implementation. Responsibilities include ownership of Service Delivery, reviewing B2B Sales Pipelines, reporting on Sales Performance metrics, and project managing business initiatives.

Requirements

10-year minimum experience in the ICT and Telecommunications industry; Bachelor's degree in business; SaaS, Cyber security and Cloud technology proposals and implementation; Cisco accreditations; Understands complex billing systems; Advanced Excel/ Modelling skills; MS PPT design and presentation advanced level; Ability to build strong relationships and work as part of inter-disciplinary teams; Ability to multi-task and deliver against competing priorities; Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
