We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. This role operates within a partially automated accounts payable environment using Infor CloudSuite, supporting efficient invoice processing and vendor management. Key responsibilities include: Process high volumes of supplier invoices through automated workflows in Infor CloudSuite in line with departmental key performance indicators (KPI's); Validate invoice data including pricing, quantities and vendor details; Perform 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders and receipts; Investigate and resolve exceptions; Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies; Monitor aged payables and respond to vendor inquiries; Maintain accurate vendor records, including banking details, Verify and validate changes to vendor banking information; Respond to vendor queries in a timely and professional manner; Assist with preparation and execution of payment runs (electronic transfers, Wires, Cheque's and ACH's); Ensure payments are processed in line with agreed terms and internal controls; Support system updates, testing, and enhancements.
