The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a growing corporate secretarial team in addition to performing the duties as corporate secretary for Bermuda and Cayman fund entities within a portfolio of companies. Responsibilities include managing functions of the Governance team, monitoring and reporting on activities, training staff on Blueprint systems, and reviewing policies/procedures.

Requirements

University degree with a business-related major and governance qualification such as ACIS/ACG, FCIS/FCG is required. Minimum 10 years' experience working in hedge funds, private equity funds and the offshore markets is essential. Minimum 15 years' working in a supervisory role preferred. Solid understanding of applicable Bermuda and Cayman legislation and statutory regulations relating to the administration of companies particularly as they relate to investment funds.
