The successful applicant will be responsible for effectively managing the terminal operations for RUBiS Energy in St. George’s and Ireland Island. Ensuring procedures are followed, product is delivered in a timely manner, adequate inventory levels are maintained. Responsibilities include maintenance, safety programs, contracts & contractors, fleet programs and overall operations. Accountabilities include: Petroleum product and other products and materials procurement and receipt; Petroleum Product and materials storage and quality control; Product and materials distribution; Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) activities and responsibilities; Terminal’s maintenance and contract management activities; Terminals’ Manpower management; Administrative duties and reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other relevant discipline. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. Good knowledge and handling of petroleum and LPG products. Ability to lead and to motivate a diverse team. Demonstrated Project Management experience. Ability to understand, implement and train others to follow rigorous safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and database (GP) software.
