Everest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced investment professional to join its Alternative Investments team as Director, Private Credit. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Head of Private Credit in overseeing and managing Everest's global private credit portfolio. The role will support portfolio construction, manager selection, underwriting, monitoring, and strategic development of private credit investments across a broad range of strategies, including direct lending, asset-backed finance, infrastructure debt, opportunistic credit, specialty finance, structured credit, and private investment-grade credit.

Requirements

5-10+ years of relevant investment experience. Significant experience in private credit investing, underwriting, portfolio management, or credit research. Strong understanding of credit documentation, capital structures, cash flow analysis, and portfolio construction. Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other advanced investment credential preferred.
