The postholder will be responsible for directing a team of professionals responsible for the supervision and regulation of licensed institutions under various Acts. Key responsibilities include leading on-site and off-site activities, undertaking risk-based analysis, monitoring remediation efforts, contributing to regulatory policy development, and representing the Authority on committees.

Requirements

A master's degree in business, finance, law or a related discipline, or a bachelor's degree with a relevant professional designation (CA, CPA, CFA, FRM, ACIS, FCI, TEP). Minimum of seven (7) years of postgraduate experience, including three (3) years at a senior level within a financial services regulator or the banking, investment, and trust sectors. Sound understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and corporate governance.
