The role of the Operations Manager is to direct all supply and distribution activities to ensure operational efficiency, direct all Asset Integrity Management activities and ensure compliance with local legislation, Company and Industry Quality Standards. Key responsibilities include directing ship to shore receipt, storage, and road transport; LPG facility management; developing warehousing and inventory control plans; overseeing contractor management; monitoring HSSE standards; and managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or other relevant discipline; A minimum of 5 years' experience in oil and gas downstream operations (service station, terminal etc.); Ability to manage teams; Ability to understand, implement and train others to follow rigorous safety standards; Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; Strong customer service, relationship management, negotiation, presentation, leadership, organizational and fiscal management skills; Ability to effectively communicate; Demonstrated Project Management experience; Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
