The Paraquet Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a Chef de Partie(s) to join our team. Chef de Partie(s) will prepare food orders in a timely manner in accordance with menu standards, have the ability to read recipes and concoct sauces and dressing. Ensure food preparation and work area is clean and orderly. Order and restock kitchen supplies as required. Must have good working knowledge of all areas of the kitchen. Professional appearance and excellent hygiene with the ability to work well as a team & under pressure. Commit to working late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, & split shifts. Extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations. The Paraquet Restaurant maintains a drug-free environment and all applicants should be prepared to complete a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

3 years' experience in a similar role; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays.
