The Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of all Food & Beverage outlets within the property, including restaurants, bars, lounges, pool/beach service, and in-room dining. This leader ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive, engaged team culture. The Director of Outlets works closely with culinary leadership, the F&B Director, and department managers to maintain service standards, drive revenue, and uphold The Loren’s brand identity and guest experience expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive international Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury resorts, lifestyle hospitality, and / or high-end dining environments. Proven ability to lead multi-outlet operations with a strong understanding of international service styles and cultural hospitality practices. Inspirational leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and empower diverse teams. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service and polished service recovery. Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, labor control, inventory oversight, and P&L analysis. Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment. Working knowledge of beverage programming, wine service, and culinary operations considered a strong asset.
