Focused, hospitality driven individual with exceptional social skills and the desire to lead the F&B service team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for all restaurant operations including implementing budgets, menu pricing, marketing, beverages, outside catering, and events. He/she will handle the hiring, training, and supervising of team members and actively promote the establishment. The successful incumbent will exhibit a hands-on approach, be personable and be the 'go-to' person and the 'face' of the organization. Strong professional business practices and relationships with vendors are essential.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in a supervisory dining room capacity in a similar environment is required. A four-year college degree in hospitality is preferred. Applicants must have recent, directly relevant experience working in fast-paced, high volume, dine-in restaurants. Must be willing to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledgeable and always adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
