We are seeking an energetic, multi-talented Assistant Manager for our authentic Italian cafe, specialty retail boutique and culinary event space. This unique role blends daily hospitality and retail management with event curation and digital marketing. You will provide hospitality and barista service, design and host wine tastings and pasta making classes, manage high-end retail inventory and sales, and drive customer engagement through social media and our web platform.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or high end Italian retail environment. Proven hands-on experience using WordPress and Canva.
