We are seeking highly skilled Millwork Carpenters to contribute to a prestigious hospitality project. This role requires expertise in custom cabinetry, intricate trim work, and bespoke joinery, with 10+ years of experience in high-end millwork for hotels, restaurants, and lounges. Candidates must have exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with cherry, mahogany, and exotic hardwoods. Responsibilities include fabricating and installing high-quality millwork, ensuring precision in trim and molding installations, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and tradespeople. The role also involves maintaining a safe and organized workspace, meeting strict tolerances and quality standards, and following project schedules. Candidates must have strong blueprint reading skills, expertise in carpentry tools and techniques, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
