The successful applicant will have had extensive experience in the hospitality renovation and construction industry with a hospitality general contractor. The primary responsibilities will be the supervising of field activities at a hospitality construction renovation project including the organization, planning, and scheduling and administration required to complete the work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. This position will also function as a mentor and instructor to several hospitality construction field layout apprentices. Extended work hours are normal. Drug Free Workplace.

Requirements

Extensive experience in hospitality renovation and construction; thorough knowledge of general contracts, subcontracts, construction documents and specifications; knowledge of construction means, methods, and procedures for quality control; understanding of estimates, trade allocations, and health and safety; knowledge of industry tools and equipment; leadership and interpersonal skills.
