The Business Office Administrator will be responsible for the handling and supporting of the technical office duties and services within the BHS Business Office. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and Administration. Responsibilities include managing orders of supplies, posting and managing accounting journals, preparing Excel schedules for investments/audits, handling accounts payables, purchase orders, bank deposits, and coordinating cleaning matters with external providers.

Requirements

Proficient accounting background including journal entries and financial statements. Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience preferred. Broad knowledge of computer software including MS Office with intermediate to expert Excel knowledge. Ability to work extended hours when needed. Successful candidate must provide a recent police check and complete SCARS Training. Open to Bermudians, Spouse of Bermudians or PRC only.
