This role is a key contributor and emerging leader within a dynamic financial reporting and analysis team. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships across actuarial, ALM, finance, risk, investment, and operational functions while collaborating with colleagues across global offices. The position offers broad exposure to RGA's global life and annuity reinsurance portfolio and supports a wide range of actuarial and financial initiatives, including valuation and financial reporting, corporate planning, economic capital analysis, risk reporting, value measures, model enhancement, and process improvement. The role also contributes to the development, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the company's Scenario-Based Approach (SBA) and Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field required. Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent actuarial designation e.g. FIA, FASSA etc. 6+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance and/or reinsurance. Advanced technical skills, including experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Access, or equivalent), spreadsheets, actuarial modeling software (AXIS, Prophet, or equivalent), and analytical tools. Advanced understanding of insurance financial reporting, valuation frameworks, and analysis techniques. Advanced understanding of actuarial assumptions, experience studies, and assumption-setting methodologies.
