Catalina's Bermuda office is seeking a Group Treasury Manager. The Group Treasury Manager, reporting to the Group Treasurer, will play a key role in monitoring Corporate Cash & Liquidity Management, including forecasting cash movements and monitoring daily cash positions as well as manage Catalina's notional cash pool in line with mandated objectives and KPIs. Duties include identifying excess cash for investment or debt repayment, managing bank relationships, performing banking transactions, resolving FX currency issues, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and BMA regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required. CTP and CPA preferred. 5+ years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience including bank account management, payment processing, forecasting, cash flow analysis in the insurance or reinsurance industry. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of AI tools (CoPilot/Claude) and Treasury Management Systems preferred. Understanding of BMA regulations and US GAAP/SUN software is an advantage.
