Aon in Bermuda is seeking a Compliance and Corporate Governance Manager (AVP/VP) to join our Bermuda-based risk and compliance team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a strong track record in delivering compliance, governance, and risk solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory compliance and risk, client and internal reporting, relationship management, oversight of policies and training, and developing GRC frameworks.

Requirements

University degree or internationally recognized qualification in compliance, risk, accounting, insurance, or legal; Professional regulatory certification (e.g., CAMS) preferred; Minimum 7 years recent and relevant experience in AML/ATF compliance with a Bermuda RFI; Experience in (re)insurance or captive management preferred; Understanding of Bermuda regulatory environment; Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GRC platforms.
