The ideal candidate must be customer service driven individuals with attention to detail and have an interest in pursuing a demanding 24/7/365 career. Duties include management and evaluation of team members, delivery of coaching and training sessions, planning and initializing effective delegation of human resources, and provision of 24/7 on-call response capability. The role requires conducting audits, inspections, and tests to identify areas for improvement and maintaining effective relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Minimum Criteria: High School diploma (Degree/Professional Certification an asset); Minimum five years' experience in security industry or related industry (military, police or uniformed services); Ability to work in a highly regulated industry; Willingness to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays; Valid driver's license; At least three years' experience in customer service preferred.
