This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Credit Recoveries, Credit Risk Management, and is responsible for minimising credit loss and managing debt recovery from delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include timely resolution of delinquent accounts, contacting customers, negotiating obstacles, restructuring accounts according to bank policies, and working a minimum number of accounts daily.

Requirements

BSSC with two years relevant experience and/or equivalent. Proven track record and experience of working as a successful collector. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, in particular MS Word and Excel.
