Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents for our Commercial & ILS management practice. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial ILS, Commercial P&C, and Life re/insurance entities. This includes financial and insurance regulatory reporting, providing technical support for capital markets and commercial insurer transactions, talent management, and leading specific projects to develop revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include assisting with structuring discussions, collaborating with actuarial and analytics teams, preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS, and overseeing audit processes.

Requirements

Vice President: Undergraduate degree plus accounting/financial designation (CA, CPA, ACA, CFA) with 8+ years post-qualification experience; minimum 6 years experience with an Insurance Management Company. Assistant Vice President: Undergraduate degree plus accounting/financial designation with 5+ years post-qualification experience; minimum 4 years experience with an Insurance Management Company. Both roles require experience with ILS, Solvency II, and US GAAP/IFRS reporting.
