Walkers is a leading international law and professional services firm. As part of the corporate group, the Associate will work on a wide range of general corporate matters, advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, shareholders' agreements, and corporate governance. The role involves managing client files, providing technical advice, and contributing to the development of the practice's know-how.

Requirements

Bermuda and/or qualified commonwealth lawyer with 3-5 years' post-qualifying experience at a reputable law firm. Excellent academics and sound technical knowledge of corporate law and commercial practice. Demonstrable transactional experience at a senior level handling day-to-day aspects and project management of client files.
