Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is looking for individuals with experience of working on restructuring advisory (lender or company-side) or insolvency (formal insolvency or contingency planning) assignments. Roles include Director, Associate Director, Senior Associate/Manager, and Associate/Analyst. Responsibilities vary by level but generally involve executing formal insolvency appointments, performing financial analysis, managing portfolios, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Varies by role. Generally requires an internationally recognized qualification (i.e. CPA / ACA / ACCA). Director role requires JIEB or CPI qualification. Experience within the insolvency/restructuring team of a Big 4 or other large national practice is required or preferred depending on the level.
