Our client, Chaucer Bermuda Services Ltd., seeks to engage a Deputy Class Underwriter on a six month fixed-term basis to oversee the Political Violence and Crisis Management delegated authority (DA) portfolio, with responsibility for business planning, governance, and oversight. The role is structured as a project-based engagement focused on developing and implementing a data analytics framework within the team. Key Responsibilities include building tools for DA business monitoring, reviewing new and renewal relationships, supporting cross-selling, assisting in business plan production, and managing relationships with brokers, reinsurers, customers, and agents.
Requirements
ACII qualified or working towards achieving; Minimum of 4 years working within the Lloyds insurance environment; Relevant experience in PV Insurance and managing a DA book of business; MS Office – including Excel, PowerPoint & Word; Professional outlook with excellent communication and organisational skills.
