Reporting to the Head of Pensions, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening CG Pensions' key corporate client relationships across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and future expansion jurisdictions, with a focus on client retention, business growth and strategic retirement solution development. You will serve as a senior relationship lead for corporate pension clients, building trusted relationships with employers, pension committees, trustees, intermediaries and other stakeholders. Duties include identifying client concerns, supporting client meetings, identifying and pursuing prospective corporate pension clients, and maintaining accurate pipeline information. You will also support the research and development of a viable 401(k) offering.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification or MBA would be advantageous. Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in pensions, retirement services, investments, asset management or a similar regulated financial services environment. Significant experience managing senior corporate or institutional client relationships. Strong understanding of pension plan structures. Experience preparing proposals and RFP responses. Understanding of AML, KYC, FATCA and regulatory requirements.
