Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the reinsurance industry. Experience working in a high-pressured team environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality. Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work on one's own initiative. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to effectively interact with individuals on all levels within the organization. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and Word. Strong work ethics and the ability to work extended hours including weekends during busy periods is required. Experience working with outsourcing partners is advantageous. Experience using Eclipse or similar technical accounting system is advantageous. Experience with Xchanging messages and use of the IMR is advantageous.
