The Financial Controller is responsible for the management of accounting and financial reporting processes for the Authority and makes decisions regarding internal financial processing/accounting procedures in accordance with the Authority's Financial Instructions and other policies and procedures of the Authority. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting staff, processes, and procurement; liaising with customers for payroll reports; overseeing cash management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; providing monthly financial information; monitoring budgetary controls; assisting with the annual budgetary process; supporting the CFO with audits; monitoring compliance; and preparing ad-hoc reports for the CEO and Board.

Requirements

Must be professionally qualified in accounting and be a full member in good standing of an internationally recognised accounting body and be eligible for membership with CPA Bermuda. A minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience and a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience. Must maintain membership with a recognised accounting body. Must remain current with continuing professional development. Must be able to obtain a Skyport Restricted Airside Pass.
