We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our busy general practice in Bermuda. The dietitian is responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care including diagnosing and treating patients, and providing practical scientific dietary advice for patients in a busy primary care medical practice. Working with the care team, the dietitian facilitates chronic disease management programs and provide nutrition care services that help to improve patient outcomes. They work closely with senior leadership and physicians to execute strategies to achieve the practice's goals and to improve patient experience. Key responsibilities include individual direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, promoting health, advising physicians, collaborating with external stakeholders, liaising with physician offices and hospitals, and facilitating billing.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in nutrition, or dietetics; At least 2 - 5 years post internship experience in dietetics; Experience in advanced nutrition related programming development and budgeting; Registration with the Council for Allied Health Professions; Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with IMS or electronic medical record preferred.
