The Ministry of Education is seeking exemplary Educational Therapists who are committed to improving student outcomes for the upcoming school year, beginning 1st September 2026. The Educational Therapist works under the direction of the Education Officer for Student Services, to support students who require behavior interventions beyond the scope of typical classroom management techniques. The post holder must demonstrate specialized training in behavior analysis and experience in behavior management programs and strategies. Duties include using best practice interventions, assisting teachers, consulting with professionals, conducting assessments, and preparing detailed reports.

Requirements

Must have a Master's degree in an approved related field such as Behavior Management, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work. Minimum of two years' experience in behavior analysis or working with students with emotional disorders. Additional credentials may include a Certificate in Functional Behavioral Assessments, Clinical licensure, or certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
