We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier & Office Administrator to support daily operations. This entry-level, hybrid role combines medical courier responsibilities with basic administrative support. The position involves a combination of office-based work and local travel, requiring regular driving during work hours. Typical working hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., approximately 30 hours per week on average.
Requirements
Prior administrative or courier experience is an asset but not required; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality; Strong organizational and time-management skills; High attention to detail; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Strong communication skills; Own reliable car, valid driver's license, and clean driving record; Ability to drive an H-class vehicle; Ability to lift, carry and transport items up to 35 pounds.
