The postholder will lead the Public Relations and Communications function for the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB). This will include developing a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy to support the brand of the BHB amongst key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism or English, Master’s degree desirable
Significant experience of leading a communication function in a complex organization
Experience in managing crisis communications in a public facing organization
Appropriate professional accreditation i.e. Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
Understanding of health policy and political environment in Bermuda
