Oversee day-to-day coordination of large complex hospitality projects including construction, FF&E installation, and operations coordination. Use experience with hotel renovation projects to deliver on time, within budget, and meet client-approved design criteria. Maintain regular and effective communication with the On-site Construction Management and remote Project Management Team. Review and understand Interior Designer plans in coordination with Architectural and MEP plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training; 5+ years’ experience working on major hospitality projects in resort settings in excess of $250 million; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Apps, Procore, MS Project; Procore Certified; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Detail oriented.
