Artex, Gallagher's wholly-owned subsidiary for alternative risk and capital, including fund administration, is a trusted leader and provider of diverse alternative risk and capital solutions. Reporting directly to the EVP, Head of Product Service and Delivery, the successful applicant will be responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of a large, sophisticated reinsurance portfolio comprising Insurance Linked Securities companies and segregated account transactions. Responsibilities include leading a team of professionals, managing investor and broker relationships, ensuring prompt drafting and execution of agreements, and overseeing the onboarding of transformation transactions.

Requirements

10+ years' experience in the Re/Insurance industry, preferably in the areas of operations, capital management, underwriting, broking, collateral management/treasury, or technical accounting. University degree and/or Reinsurance designation required (CPCU, ARe, ACII or other equivalent professional designations preferred). Experience in reinsurance/property catastrophe broking required. Excellent, professional written and verbal communications skills in client service environment.
