Based in Bermuda and reporting to the Head of Pricing, Bermuda, you will work alongside our risk analysts to build out our data-driven underwriting strategy. Applying your experience in pricing, reserving and capital modelling will be crucial to augment the actuarial processes used by our risk and underwriting teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving reinsurance pricing models, assisting with pricing across various classes (Casualty, Specialty, Property), and conducting profitability studies.

Requirements

Professional actuarial designation (FCAS or equivalent); At least 5 years' experience in a pricing role in the reinsurance or insurance industry; Experience with Reinsurance contract pricing (excess of loss and proportional contracts); Programming skills in VBA, Python, SQL, and R preferred; Experience with Tyche pricing platform preferred; Familiarity with Catastrophe and Risk aggregation models.
