This position is responsible for leading the GSE CRT function for the Mortgage Segment, including revenue generation through Single-Family and Multifamily GSE CRT transactions and the sale of Arch's advisory services to reinsurance market participants. The role defines and executes the short- and long-term strategy needed to drive growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with Arch's overall business strategy. Key responsibilities include leading International Mortgage initiatives, directing commercial discussions, and advising on future business development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline with 10+ years of progressive experience in Mortgage, Mortgage Insurance, Credit Risk Transfer (CRT), Reinsurance, or broader Financial Services industry. CFA designation required. Deep knowledge of mortgage insurance industry and reinsurance structures. Ability to manipulate data with SAS, Python, or equivalent tools.
