We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Client Service Director in our Bermuda office. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring exceptional levels of service are delivered to a diverse portfolio of clients. In conjunction with the client services teams and managers, the CSD will provide guidance and leadership with ensuring smooth communication with the ultimate aim of delivering the highest possible level of service to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; CPCU, ACII, ARe, ARM or equivalent professional re/insurance qualification; A minimum of 10 years' re/insurance management or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' experience preferably in captive insurance; A minimum of 10 years' experience managing senior international client relationships; 5 years' demonstrable team management experience; Significant knowledge of the Bermuda and internation re/insurance markets and regulatory environment; Experience reviewing and understanding technical insurance documentation; The ability to work effectively and accurately whilst under pressure; Excellent verbal, written, organizational skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels; Proven relationship management skills; A strategic planner with attention to detail.
