BNRE Services supports the wholly owned subsidiaries of Brookfield Wealth Solutions Group ("BWS"). Reporting into and working closely with the Vice President, Finance, the Manager, Finance will assist with investment accounting, financial reporting, capital management, financial planning and treasury affairs and may be required to support other entities within the Brookfield Wealth Solutions (BWS Group).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility over investment accounting and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP for the reinsurance business, and reporting to its parent company;
• Assist in the implementation of all aspects of the investment accounting and financial reporting function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to assess, measure, manage, monitor and report on results;
• Assist in transaction execution for new acquisitions/business, and coordinating workstreams with legal, tax, treasury, and M&A teams;
• Responsibility for the preparation and filing of statutory reports on a timely basis, including the BSCR;
• Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and reports to senior management and presentations for the board;
• Liaise with various stakeholder groups, both externally (auditors, administrators) and internally (cedants, investment operations and investment managers);
• Support the preparation of financial controls (including SOX controls) and related documentation.

At times, the successful candidates will be expected to work outside normal working hours including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays to meet business needs.
