CCRIF now invites international reinsurance broking firms to express their interest in providing Placing Broker services. The Placing Broker is responsible for the implementation and administration of reinsurance and other risk transfer mechanisms, and for securing the best reinsurance pricing, terms and conditions - in line with best market practice - across traditional and alternative risk transfer markets on behalf of the Organization.

Requirements

Qualified international reinsurance broking firms must provide: Company profile, history, ownership; Evidence of licenses to place reinsurance and capital market risk transfer instruments; Number of permanent staff and profiles of key persons; Level of Professional Indemnity Cover and evidence of financial stability; Alignment with CCRIF's reinsurance strategy; Track record of performance; Technology and digital capabilities; Declaration of any conflicts of interest.
