Responsible for assisting customers and carrying out a range of client transactions in a professional manner. Key accountabilities include delivering accurate service to internal and external customers, assisting at the collection desk, validating transactions, processing banking transactions (SWIFT, ACH, General Ledger, etc.), and monitoring group email boxes.

Requirements

BSSC or equivalent plus 2 years' experience or equivalent; Knowledge of data entry, foreign exchange, cash handling, and cheque processing; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong customer service skills.
