The Head of ILS Experience and Operations will ensure a superior experience for third-party investors and will lead and oversee all ILS/Retro operations, related support activities, and operational functions supporting both third-party investors and retrocessionaires. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, onboarding new investors, overseeing investor and retrocessionaire servicing, coordinating due diligence efforts, assembling and storing investor communications, managing third-party service providers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, internal resource alignment, and a commitment to continuous improvement in managing service levels.

Requirements

10+ years (Re)insurance Operations experience; An accounting designation is required; ILS experience, including managing institutional investor relationships; Previous compliance & finance experience is required; Strong project management skills; Proven track record in managing people, projects, and cross-functional teams; Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to travel and work overtime.
