The Personal Banking Representative reports to the Vice President, Branch Banking. This position is responsible for assisting customers with all general retail banking requirements, either by completing required transactions or by referring them to other departments when specialised services are needed. Your responsibilities will include receiving requests from clients, opening and closing accounts, scanning application packages, performing account maintenance, and cross-selling bank products.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications with four years of retail banking experience. Complete understanding of bank policies and procedures. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with a wide range of banking products.
