The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the firm's quantitative modeling capabilities, maintaining and enhancing the firm's data strategy framework, and overseeing portfolio management and reporting. The Senior Manager will work closely with the firm's founders in analyzing individual transactions as well as in portfolio construction and performance analysis. This role is based in Bermuda.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial, Financial Engineering). 10+ years of professional work experience in an insurance-sector orientated quantitative or corporate finance role. Exceptionally strong capital and financial modeling skills. Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing data strategy frameworks. Actuarial designation (FCAS/FSA) and/or advanced degree in Finance strongly preferred. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. R) and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
