Reporting to the Finance Manager – Revenue Management, the Finance Assistant – Revenue Control will be responsible for collecting outstanding professional legal debtor balances. Key duties include issuing reminder statements, following up by telephone and email, responding to client queries, reconciling statements of account, managing e-billing, and assisting with professional invoicing.

Requirements

At least two years’ experience working in an accounts department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, courteous approach with internal and external clients. Motivated, deadline-driven, and well organized. Meticulous, reliable, and professional attitude. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and multitasking skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
