Ocorian is one of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market. Reporting to the Client Director, the role of the Corporate Administrator is to provide quality corporate administration services to a portfolio of local and international companies primarily in the insurance sector. Responsibilities include acting as Secretary or Assistant Secretary, processing changes to statutory records, convening Board and Shareholder meetings, maintaining corporate records in Viewpoint, and performing KYC compliance reviews.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years' corporate administration experience. Experience with insurance companies or regulated entities is an asset. Membership in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (e.g. ACIS or FCIS) is preferred. Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 1981 and statutory regulations in Bermuda. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Viewpoint experience is an asset.
