An undergraduate degree together with an accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA). An insurance designation (ARe, ARM, CPCU, ACII, CIU) would be beneficial. A minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant insurance management experience specifically with a Bermuda Captive Management Firm overseeing a variety of clients. Detailed understanding of risk transfer concepts and a thorough grasp of the Bermuda Insurance Act and insurance regulatory environment. A strong track record of excellent client service including a demonstrated commitment to meeting deliverables and managing tight timelines that will frequently involve working evenings and weekends. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and client senior management. Strong digital literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel and Word and familiarity with insurance-based accounting systems. Possess a forward thinking, growth mindset and ability, inclusive of participating in and representing the Company at both internal and external functions.
