Artex, Gallagher's wholly-owned subsidiary for alternative risk and capital, including fund administration, is a trusted leader and provider of diverse alternative risk and capital solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Governance & Risk Management Services, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing risk management and governance frameworks for clients of Artex Capital Solutions (ACS). The role will be dedicated to identifying, assessing and supporting clients in meeting their regulatory obligations and protecting their organization's capital and earnings.

Requirements

5 years' experience in similar risk management or compliance role (either in-house or advising clients in practice). Proven management and leadership ability. Advanced Certificate/Diploma level ICA, CAMS or equivalent, or experience working as a regulatory lawyer would be advantageous. Confident, strong communicator in a variety of settings including client board meetings (written and verbal). Business development experience advantageous. High level of integrity, attention to detail and computer literacy. Highly organized and flexible in maintaining high quality work in a fast paced, changing environment. Open to continual development in relation to risk management, regulatory compliance and ESG developments.
