Our Deals team supports clients through complex financial, operational, and strategic challenges. As a Manager, you will lead and deliver a varied portfolio of client-facing assignments across insolvency, financial and operational restructuring, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and other corporate advisory engagements, including independent business reviews, options analysis, cash-flow analysis, and PwC methodologies to help clients evaluate options, manage risk, and achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from an accredited university; Internationally recognised professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA; At least 5 years of relevant experience working in a Big 4 or consulting environment; Demonstrated experience in insolvency, restructuring or related distressed advisory engagements; Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis; Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx); Proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects, client relationships, and teams; Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
